Competence Center

Our Competence Center is the centre of professional remote support that runs all the technological activities of preventive, corrective and evolutive type, in case of fault of clients’ informatics systems.

This is a special and dedicated structure that receives, defines and manages the activities of delivering technical support devices and is organized so as to guarantee the coverage, with a suitable number of operators with all the technical certifications related to the specific area of intervention, availability help desk articulated from 8 working hours to 24 hours a day for 365 days a year.

Activities are subdivided in three phases

  • Multilingual helpdesk of 1st and 2nd level
  • Multilingual helpdesk oh 3rd level and excellent technological centers
  • Proactive monitoring and administration in remote technological platforms
